justify\"\u003e2025𻂐月，由山东省青岛市公安机关依法立案侦办的一起涉嫌贷款诈骗案中，办案人员侦查发现，2020年以来，王某、程某某等人以一级贷款中介身份，在全国多地发展十余个二级贷款中介，由二级贷款中介在当地物色有贷款需求的“背债人”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align:
