center\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e柴犬护食咬人被送去“上学”\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e这条柴犬是周先生斜穿上海、�元从闵行一个偏僻的仓库里买回来的。一开始，这条柴犬很像“星期狗”，因为到家没多久就病得差不多要死掉了。后来，周先生花�多元钱，将它救了回来，取名“旺柴”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e“一开始，奶狗很可爱，三个月后，旺柴长大了，扑人、护食、咬人，动不动就呲牙?！?#21608先生说，这让他很烦恼。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2024𻂑月初，他妈妈喂旺柴时，\u003cstrong\u003e有一块鸡腿落到了食盆外?！?#25105妈妈伸手去捡，旺柴突然发威，一甩嘴，就在我妈手上咬了一口?！盶u003c/strong\u003e周先生说，“虽然旺柴按规定办了犬证，打了疫苗，但被它咬伤，我妈丝毫不敢大意，立即去医院打了疫苗?！盶u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e因为旺柴存在这些恶习，周先生开始在网上寻找合适的训犬机构，打算送旺柴去“上学”。有一家注册地在青浦区的训犬机构，短视频做得挺好，里面展示了很多训犬师工作的场景。于是，周先生决定将旺柴送过去寄养训练，就是行业内所谓的“寄训”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2024𻂑�日，\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_1--\u003e周先生与该机构签订了《宠物寄训合同》，约定旺柴寄训的时间为两个月，寄训费用�元。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e周先生说，改变旺柴的“护食”劣性，只是所有训练项目中的一项，训练科目还包括口令执行以及坐、靠、行、牵绳等行为规范，比如主人喝令旺柴“坐下”，旺柴就要准确无误地执行，还得坐足规定的时长。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e双方的合同附有一张《毕业考核表》，在旺柴完成训练后，机构需要按照这张表格一项项考核。该合同以及双方的微信聊天记录都证实，训犬机构承认《毕业考核表》等内容属于双方服务合同的附件，机构需要完成寄训内容并经周先生验收合格才能交付，否则需要全额退款。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp center\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e宠物犬“毕业考”未达标被送回\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c!--AIPOS_2--\u003e旺柴可能天生不是“上学的料”，寄养两个月，它却连基本的“行规”都没有学会。于是，周先生跟机构协商，让旺柴“留级”。\u003c/strong\u003e延期的时间一长，机构就有些失去耐心，要求周先生把旺柴接走。周先生则要求机构按照《毕业考核表》完成验收，否则就让旺柴继续“学习”。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e机构急了，威胁周先生称将�𻂉�日前将旺柴送回，如果周先生不接受，就将给旺柴找领养人。周先生无奈，只得�𻂉�日将旺柴接回家。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e�𻂉�日开始，周先生多次向机构反馈，旺柴存在呲牙咧嘴、对着其他狗呜呜乱叫，坐定、随行等简单指令也执行不了等问题。但是，机构方对周先生反馈的问题多不认可，也不提供解决方案。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e最终，\u003cstrong\u003e周先生决定为旺柴“讨说法”，是在他看了机构所谓训犬师毒打旺柴的视频之后。\u003c/strong\u003e该机构将训练旺柴时的一些视频片段发在自己的社交平台上。周先生发现训犬师是通过暴击虐打的方式进行训练的，而且未经周先生允许就使用电颈环作为训练工具，对寄训的“旺柴”造成了虐待并致使其受伤的事实。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2025年年初，记者曾陪同周先生带上相关视频，请教过相关训犬专家。\u003cstrong\u003e相关专家认为，这家机构的训练既不专业也不人道，对旺柴以及旺柴的主人都造成了严重的心理伤害。最终，周先生以合同违约为由，将该机构诉至法院。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2025��日，\u003cstrong\u003e法院判决，该训犬机构未履行合同约定的宠物寄训义务，构成违约，应将原告周先生交付的服务�元全额退还。\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp
